Lifetime Trade-Up Option
Spicer Cole Fine Jewellers is happy to accept your diamond solitaire ring, solitaire diamond earrings, solitaire diamond pendant, diamond trinity or diamond anniversary ring towards your next purchase price of an item twice the value (minimum trade in value of $2000).
However, if you wish to trade a center diamond for a larger stone using the same setting, this rule does not necessarily apply.
Mined Natural Diamonds Only.
There is NO Trade Up for Lab Grown or Man Made Stones.
Layaway
Items may be put on layaway for up to six months with a minimum deposit of 10%. Monthly payments are required for merchandise that has been set aside on layaway. Layaways canceled after 90 days and completed layaways are non-refundable and can only be exchanged or returned for in-store credit.
Special Orders
A special order constitutes any jewellery, gemstone, watch, or gift item ordered or altered at the client's request. Special orders and custom-made items are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable. All special orders require a mandatory 50% non-refundable deposit.
Exchanges And Returns
We offer exchanges and returns. Unless otherwise specified, your purchase may be refunded within 30 days or exchanged within 90 days of the original purchase date when accompanied with this guarantee. Refunds for cheque purchases will be refunded by cheque after fourteen days. The item to be returned must be unworn, accompanied by the original box, and must have all warranty cards and explanation booklets intact. Sale items, special orders, modified and/or custom pieces are not returnable or exchangeable. Gift and Reward Cards are not redeemable for cash.
Warranty
Spicer Cole Fine Jewellers offers a one year warranty against manufacturer's defects and offer to purchase an Extended Service Plan.
Extended Service Plan
The Lifetime Extended Service Plan may be purchased within 60 days of the original jewellery purchase to cover any diamond, gemstone or karat gold jewellery at Spicer Cole Fine Jewellers.
If your purchase the plan after you purchase the merchandise, the plan does not cover pre-existing conditions in the merchandise that occurred after you purchased the merchandise and prior to the effective date in the plan.
